Working with the National Guild of Removers and Storers we monitor and evaluate the performance of all of the Guild's Members.

We Listen

If you have a complaint or dispute with a Member that cannot be resolved directly with the member, our independent adjudicator Tony Kaye may be able to assist with any complaints you may have.

We help resolve

As full members of the Ombudsman Association our appointed Ombudsman fulfils all of the criteria set out to ensure we can help resolve your dispute quickly and fairly.

Complaints Resolution for the Removals Industry

The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme has been established to provide both domestic and commercial customers of participating members with an independent service to resolve disputes, if the remover's own complaints procedure fails.
